Multiple Time Frame EA...is it possible on MT4?

After a few months of searching for a programmer I found more programmers than I can use, which is wonderful!! Are they any good? Can they do what I've hired them to do? Well I don't know yet.
I have hired a few programmers (and fired a couple) to make a multiple time frame EA that uses the M15, M30, and H1 time frames. The entry rules are simple and the exit rule even simpler.

Without going into any further detail, can this be done? Can MT4, with my selected indicators, support this EA? If it can, I will continue to wait for my current programmer to produce something (it's been a couple of months) that I can use. If not then I will come up with another idea.

If you need more info just let me know but more insight on the capabilities of MT4 would be great. I've heard MT5 will be able to support multiple time frame EA....but that was hearsay.

I'm not quite sure why you're asking that question here, rather than asking your team of programmers.

However the answer is short. Yes it is possible. I assume you've seen some MT4 MTF indicators? QED!

Well quite frankly I wanted to chat about this EA with people that know about forex and EA's. Isn't this why this forum was created? LOL!
I mean, someone must have seen or heard about someone creating such an EA. I'm trying to create (or have created) this EA with regular indicators. I like to use the VAR and the TMA but I don't have any actual MT4 MTF indicators although I've seen them and they are pretty useful for scalping.
